Determining the right size for disposable gloves


Why is the right size so important for disposable gloves? 

Disposable gloves that are too tight can be very uncomfortable on the hands, while disposable gloves that are too large worsen the sense of touch and thus also hinder work.

Correct determination of the size of the PPE disposable glove

PPE disposable gloves are specified in sizes 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. 

To determine the correct size of your disposable gloves, all you need is a flexible measuring tape and the illustration below. The correct size of your disposable gloves is important so that you can reliably carry out precise work with the disposable gloves over a longer period of time. First measure the circumference of your hand at the widest point with a tape measure. This is usually at about the level of the knuckles. The tape measure should rest on the skin, but not press against the hand or cut into the skin.

The properties of TPE disposable gloves

TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) has a silicone-like quality. The properties of the material make it as gentle and smooth as a second skin; it does not contain softeners, silicone or latex. The latex gloves are elastic, allow for good tactile sensitivity and have a silky smooth surface, which is particularly suitable for work in the care industry. TPE protective gloves gloves are also an ideal choice for use in beauty salons. Other areas of use include food processing and catering.

AMPri exclusively sells products of either a very consistent basic standard of quality, a more upscale "classic" quality or superior "premium" quality. The powder-free, non-sterile, single-use glove is ambidextrous (can be used on the left or the right hand). It does not have additional length, which means it does not offer splash protection. The tPE gloves are classified as category I personal protective equipment (EU PPE Regulation 2016/425). This classification indicates that they only protect against minor health hazards, such as mildly corrosive cleaning solutions. The tPE gloves are non-sterile; consequently, they are not suitable for sterile applications.
