Terms and Conditions for AMPri Handelsgesellschaft mbH European Championship Prediction Game
**Organizer**
The European Championship prediction game is organized by AMPri Handelsgesellschaft mbH, located at BenzstraĆe 16, 21423 Winsen/Luhe, Germany. The game is hosted on the external platform kicktipp.de.
**Eligibility**
The game is open to all natural persons who are at least 18 years old and reside in Germany. Employees of AMPri Handelsgesellschaft mbH are eligible to participate.
**Registration and Participation**
Participation in the prediction game takes place via the platform kicktipp.de. Each participant must independently create an account on kicktipp.de. Participation is only possible by adhering to the terms of use of kicktipp.de.
**Game Rules**
Predictions must be submitted before the start of each game. The specific rules of the prediction game can be viewed on the platform kicktipp.de.
**Prizes**
The top 10 participants in the prediction game will receive the following prizes:
- 1st to 3rd place: AMPri football
- 4th to 10th place: AMPri cap
Winners will be notified after the end of the EM via the email address provided at registration and must provide their postal address to receive their prize. Address data is collected solely for the purpose of delivering the prize and will be deleted after the prize is dispatched.
**Liability Disclaimer**
AMPri Handelsgesellschaft mbH is not liable for technical or other issues beyond its control that could affect participation or the progress of the game. AMPri also assumes no liability for errors in data processing. Participation is at your own risk.
**Data Protection**
Personal data of participants necessary for the execution of the prediction game will be used exclusively for the purpose of prize processing and will not be disclosed to third parties unless necessary for prize handling. **Final Provisions**
Should any provision of these participation conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions remains unaffected. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Legal recourse is excluded.
**Reservation of Right to Modify Terms**
AMPri Handelsgesellschaft mbH reserves the right to change these participation conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants will be informed of any such changes.
