Here you will find frequently asked questions about our online shop, our company and our products.

Your Partner Portal Account

Click on "Login" in our AMPri Partner Portal under "I have forgotten my password" to reset your password quickly and easily.
Once you have registered, we will first check your application. We will usually reply within 24 hours. As an existing customer, you are already registered and will receive the necessary access data from us. You can request a password here.
Your special prices are automatically stored for you in our AMPri Partner Portal. After you have logged in, you can view them.

Online order

You would like to order a large number of items and do not want to search for them individually and add them to the shopping basket? Log in to the Partner Portal and discover our new article list upload function right at the top of the red header next to the notepad heart. Here you can either enter the article number and number of units yourself or import a csv file. This is useful if you want to order the same articles from us again and again. The articles are checked for availability and then listed under the import function and imported into the shopping basket. Please check the items in the checkout before checking out.
Please reload the page and clear your browser cache. If you still have problems, please contact the Partner Support Team via the contact form.
You need an offer for several articles? No problem! In this case, please contact the AMPri sales team via the contact form.
There are delivery addresses where only lifting platforms can be used for delivery. To do this, please create the relevant delivery address in your account and click on the checkbox "Delivery vehicle with lifting platform required". In the checkout you can select this delivery address, if it is not standard anyway, via "Change delivery address".

Our products

Payment and shipping information

Our delivery time for parcel shipping is 2-5 working days for stock items from the date of order receipt. You will be informed individually of the shipping costs (from approx. 1 pallet).
As soon as your ordered goods leave our dispatch warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the shipment tracking. In all other cases, please contact the AMPri sales team via the contact form. We will let you know as soon as possible when your goods will arrive.

General

For a neutral shipment you and we need the delivery address of your customer. You must set up your customer's delivery address in your user account under "Addresses" before placing the order so that you can select it later in the checkout process. Once your customer's delivery address has been successfully set up, place the items for your customer in the shopping basket as usual and then go to the checkout. Here you can now click on the Neutral shipping checkbox, select your customer's delivery address via "Change delivery address" and upload the delivery note that we should use for neutral shipping.
