Shipping

  • If your order is received in the online shop before 10 a.m., the goods are usually packed and handed over to the shipping partner on the same day.
  • Our delivery time for parcel shipping is 2-4 working days for goods in stock from the date of order receipt. You will be informed individually of the shipping costs (from approx. 1 pallet).
  • Delivery to your desired address
  • The prices are without VAT, including packaging

Freight charges

  • Up to an order value of 499,99 ā‚¬ we charge you 6,50 ā‚¬ freight costs
  • From an order value of 500 ā‚¬ we ship your goods free of charge within Germany

Self-collection

  • We offer you the possibility to collect your goods yourself from our central warehouse in Winsen.

Payment

We offer the following payment options:

New customers

  • By prepayment (by bank transfer or PayPal)
  • On account (after activation by customer service)

Existing customers

  • Your current payment date will be transferred to the online shop.
  • By prepayment (by bank transfer or PayPal)

For orders and deliveries within Germany, the purchaser agrees to an invoice transmitted electronically (by e-mail as a PDF file).
