120-020-L Nitrile disposable gloves, L, white
We generally recommend white and blue nitrile examination gloves for occupational safety, government authorities, education, other medicine, industry, close-contact services, hospitals and the food industry. For the food industry, we particularly recommend blue, food-grade nitrile examination gloves, as complete nitrile examination gloves or sections of nitrile examination gloves can be found quickly and without much effort.
The properties of nitrile disposable gloves
Nitrile exam gloves fit like a second skin and offer a great deal of flexibility during use. Nitrile is a synthetic rubber material (elastic polymers). Nitrile is extremely supple and hard-wearing. Single-use gloves made of nitrile are leak-proof, so they do not develop holes or become porous when overstretched. Disposable nitrile gloves offer strong resistance to oils, greases and solvents and reliably protect against viruses and germs, meaning they can be used as part of personal protective equipment in numerous fields and industries, such as clinics and healthcare facilities, care homes for the elderly and infirm, and doctors' or dentists' surgeries, as well as in food production and processing, minor cleaning jobs, the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, and in hairdressing, cosmetics and tattoo studios.Nitrile disposable gloves in material thickness: "thin"
The thin material is between 0.05 and a maximum of 0.09 mm thick and ensures very good tactile sensitivity. The breakthrough time of this single-use product is higher than it would be in an ultra-thin disposable glove or finger cot made of similar material, and the product is also more stable and longer-lasting.Quality of the nitrile gloves
These nitrile disposable gloves from the Puracomfort brand are "basic" quality. AMPri only sells products of either a very solid basic standard of quality, a more deluxe "classic" quality or impressive "premium" quality. The powder-free, non-sterile, single-use glove is ambidextrous (can be worn on the left or the right hand). It has no extra length, which means it does not provide splash protection. These disposable gloves are fingertip textured. Fingertip textured nitrile disposable gloves have exceptional non-slip properties and are ideal when working with slippery tools or materials. As category III personal protective equipment in line with the PPE Regulation ((EU) 2016/425), they keep the user safe from health risks that are irreversible or can lead to death. The fact that these disposable gloves are labelled as a class I medical device means they pose minimal risk to wearers or patients, as the nitrile disposable gloves have no impact on the body when worn for short periods of time. These nitrile disposable gloves are only approved for non-sterile use. The AQL value represents the quality standard of a batch or lot (acceptable quality limit). For medical disposable gloves, this value for tightness may be a maximum of 1.5, whereby the following generally applies: the lower the AQL value, the more convincing the production. These nitrile exam gloves meet the requirements with an AQL value of 1.5.Our suggestions for how nitrile examination gloves should be used
These nitrile disposable gloves are suitable for handling food. They are especially intended for food containing alcohol, greasy food, acidic food, dry food and watery food. The nitrile exam gloves offer protection from microorganisms and are therefore resistant to viruses, bacteria and fungi. The nitrile examination gloves provide chemical protection (chemical protection type B) against penetration as defined by the EN 374 standard. EN 374 sets the minimum penetration time for a certain length of time and for a particular number of chemicals from a list of defined test chemicals. Type A = 6 test chemicals/30 minutes, Type B = 3 test chemicals/30 minutes, Type C = 1 test chemical/10 minutes. Additionally, the nitrile examination gloves are airtight and watertight. Consequently, we recommend nitrile gloves for these sectors: occupational safety, government authorities, education, other medicine, industry, close-contact services, hospitals and the food industry. If you have any questions about the possible applications of these nitrile gloves or are wondering if they are the right solution for your requirements, please feel free to reach out to us via the contact form!- In terms of stretch and tear resistance, nitrile is in a class with natural latex. However, nitrile scores additional points with its "material memory" - it can seamlessly conform to the shape of each unique hand.
- Nitrile has first-rate slip-proof properties, and it is stronger - and, consequently, safer - than other materials.
- Nitrile's chemical resistance allows for a broad spectrum of uses. It is also the ideal alternative to latex for people with allergies as nitrile is protein-free.
