Why is the right size so important for disposable gloves?

Disposable gloves that are too tight can be very uncomfortable on the hands, while disposable gloves that are too large worsen the sense of touch and thus also hinder work.

Correct determination of the size of the PPE disposable glove

PPE disposable gloves are specified in sizes 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12.

To determine the correct size of your disposable gloves, all you need is a flexible measuring tape and the illustration below. The correct size of your disposable gloves is important so that you can reliably carry out precise work with the disposable gloves over a longer period of time. First measure the circumference of your hand at the widest point with a tape measure. This is usually at about the level of the knuckles. The tape measure should rest on the skin, but not press against the hand or cut into the skin.

Handle chemicals safely: the "Premium" 'Chem' chemical protection gloves from SolidSafety keep the skin and hands safe from potential irritants. was the material chosen for these gloves. It has what's known as material memory, meaning that it adapts flawlessly to the individual contours of the hand, which makes working in these highly supple gloves extremely comfortable. With their green colour, the gloves have a particularly eye-catching design and are always easy to spot. The gloves are suitable for the food industry and can be used to handle dry, greasy, acidic, watery and alcoholic foods. As you can see, they are highly adaptable and perfect for a wide range of tasks in the food, catering or restaurant industries. The coating consists entirely of polymer. In abrasion-resistance tests, reusable work safety gloves achieved level 4 - the highest possible classification as defined by the applicable DIN (scale from 0 to 4). This means the gloves are exceptionally abrasion-resistant. To achieve this classification, the test sample must be able to survive more than 8000 revolutions of a rotating disc covered in sandpaper. The reusable 'Chem' chemical protection gloves were able to withstand a tensile force of up to 10 Newtons in tear-resistance tests conducted in accordance with the DIN . The protective gloves earned a level 1 in puncture-resistance testing as defined by DIN . These tests involve a nail being pressed onto the sample glove. To earn a level 0 rating, the material has to resist a force of 0 to 20 Newtons; for a rating of 1, it must withstand 20 to 60 Newtons of applied force.
