The properties of PE disposable gloves
As a semi-crystalline and non-polar thermoplastic, polyethylene (PE) is primarily used in work areas that do not contain hazardous substances. These include kitchens and sales floors, food retail (at bakeries or deli counters), at cosmetics counters and in care facilities. PE gloves are also used as washing gloves by hairstylists and in veterinary practices. The material, which is actually colourless to milky-white, can be dyed to any colour of the rainbow during production. There are two types of PE: low-density PE (LDPE), which is soft, particularly supple and resistant at temperatures ranging from -50 degrees Celsius to +60 degrees Celsius, and high-density PE (HDPE), which is stiffer but also more durable and which remains resistant at a temperature range of -50 degrees Celsius to +90 degrees Celsius.PE disposable gloves in material thickness: "ultra thin"
