Our disposable gloves Vitril by Med-Comfort are food grade (no fatty foods), chemical resistant, personal protective equipment category III and medical device class I.
The Med-Comfort Vitril is an innovative and first-class synthetic alternative to natural latex or pure synthetic rubber (NBR, Nitrile Butadiene Rubber). Protective gloves made of this new material blend are powder-free and contain no sensitising substances (accelerators). The protective and examination glove does not contain any natural rubber proteins, thus protein sensitisation is avoided. The Vitril by Med-Comfort hybrid glove is a unique symbiosis of a thermoplastic and an elastomer (vinyl and nitrile). The material mixture offers identical quality options to nitrile for many industries and areas of application and is similar to the product characteristics of a nitrile glove. It presents itself as a very good and robust alternative in terms of wearing comfort.
The Vitril by Med-Comfort is used in medicine as an examination glove, for care and cleaning activities, in dentistry, for first aid, in health care, in gastronomy and canteen kitchens, food industry (not with fatty food) as well as product protection for many other industrial areas. The protective glove is odourless and free of sensitising substances. The composition of the material makes the glove elastic and stretchy, allowing easy donning and doffing. Due to the unique material mixture, the non-sterile protective glove has a convincing strength.
