01251-S vitril single-use gloves, blue, size S
Blue vitril examination gloves keep you safe. And not just your skin – they also protect the people and objects they touch from health risks and contaminants. The blue vitril examination gloves, size S, come in an attractive, neutral colour, making them an excellent option for use in cosmetics facilities and many other places. Blue food-grade vitril gloves are especially well-suited for use in the food industry or for food handling in general. Since there are very few naturally occurring blue foods, the colour is always easy to spot. This makes it easy to find gloves, or parts of them, that have been dropped by mistake, without leaving any residue behind. Naturally, there are also many other potential applications for the gloves: they are suitable for use in the government authorities, education, dentistry, industry, body-related services, hospitals, food service, and other medicine.
The properties of vitril single-use gloves
Vitril single-use gloves are an innovative and first-class synthetic alternative to natural latex or pure synthetic rubber (NBR, Nitrile Butadiene Rubber). Vitril single-use gloves composed of this new material blend are powder-free and sensitiser-free (accelerators). This material is free from any natural rubber proteins, thus protein sensitisation is avoided. The Vitril by Med-Comfort hybrid glove is a modern symbiosis of a thermoplastic and an elastomer (vinyl and nitrile). The material mixture offers identical quality options to nitrile for many areas of application and is similar to the product traits of a nitrile glove. Vitril single-use gloves present themselves as a very advantageous and robust alternative in terms of wearing comfort. Vitril single-use gloves are used in medicine for physical examinations, for care and cleaning tasks, in dentistry, for first aid, in health care, in gastronomy and canteen kitchens, food industry (not with oily food) as well as product protection for numerous other industrial sectors. The disposable glove is odourless and contains no sensitisers. The nature of the material makes the single-use glove stretchable, allowing simple donning and doffing. Thanks to the unique material blend, the non-sterile protective glove has a convincing strength.Quality of the vitril single-use gloves
The Med-Comfort brand vitril protective gloves are of "Premium" quality. AMPri only distributes products with a very solid level of Basic quality, a better Classic quality and an impressive Premium quality. You can wear the unpowdered, non-sterile vitril gloves on your left or right hand, as the fit is intended for ambidextrous use. The vitril single-use gloves are labelled as Md class i (medical product class). Our suggestions for how vitril examination gloves should be used
The vitril single-use gloves are non-sterile; as a result, they are not designated for use in sterile applications. Chemical predection type b signifies that the vitril single-use gloves offer protection from permeation according to the important EN 374 standard. It defines the minimum penetration time for a specific number of chemicals from a list of defined test chemicals. Type A = 6 test chemicals/30 minutes, Type B = 3 test chemicals/30 minutes, Type C = 1 test chemical/10 minutes. The gloves are also airtight and watertight. The vitril protective gloves provide protection from microorganisms and are therefore resistant to viruses, bacteria and fungi. The vitril examination gloves are especially suitable for alcoholic, acidic, dry, and watery foods and are thus suitable for food. Consequently, we recommend vitril protective gloves for the following sectors: authority, education, dental, industry, body-related services, hospital, food industry, and other medicine. - Vitril is a material blend of nitrile and vinyl and is produced without allergenic proteins and sensitising substances. Consequently, it is highly suitable for allergy sufferers.
- The practically odourless Vitril has many properties in common with nitrile. It is a hard-wearing substitute for nitrile with high wearing comfort.
