The properties of vinyl-n disposable gloves
Vitril gloves in material thickness: "thin"
The thin material is between 0.05 and a maximum of 0.09 mm thick and guarantees excellent tactile sensitivity. The breakthrough time of this single-use product is longer than it would be in an ultra-thin disposable glove or finger cot made of similar material, and the product is also more stable and durable.Quality of the vitril protective gloves
These vitril disposable gloves from the Med-Comfort brand are of "premium" quality. AMPri exclusively sells products of either a very reliable basic standard of quality, a more deluxe "classic" quality or top-notch "premium" quality. The powder-free, non-sterile, disposable glove is ambidextrous (can be worn on the left or the right hand). It is not extra-long, which means it does not offer splash protection. As category III personal protective equipment in accordance with the PPE Regulation ((EU) 2016/425), they protect the user from health hazards that are irreversible or potentially fatal. The fact that these single-use gloves are rated as a class I medical device means they pose little or no risk to wearers or patients, as the vitril examination gloves have no impact on the body when worn for brief periods. These vitril examination gloves are only approved for non-sterile use. The AQL (acceptable quality limit) is the maximum permitted number of defective (permeable) individual samples in a batch or lot (performance level/AQL). For disposable medical gloves, an AQL level for impermeability of no more than 1.5 is stipulated by the EN 455-1 standard - which the Vitril exam gloves fulfil exactly. We recommend vitril protective gloves for the following applications
Vitril examination gloves are especially appropriate for food containing alcohol, acidic food, dry food and watery food and, consequently, are intended for food handling in general. Protection from microorganisms is a primary characteristic of these single-use gloves. The vitril protective gloves protect against viruses, bacteria and fungi. The vitril examination gloves provide chemical protection (chemical protection type B) against penetration in line with the EN 374 standard. EN 374 sets the minimum penetration time for a certain length of time and for a certain number of chemicals from a list of defined test chemicals. Type A = 6 test chemicals/30 minutes, Type B = 3 test chemicals/30 minutes, Type C = 1 test chemical/10 minutes. Additionally, the vitril examination gloves are airtight and waterproof. Consequently, we recommend vitril exam gloves for the following sectors: occupational safety, government authorities, education, hospitals, other medicine, the food industry, close-contact services and industry. If you have any questions about the potential uses of these vitril exam gloves or are unsure if they are right for your needs, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us via the contact form! The advantages of vinyl-n in protecting the skin
- Vitrile, as a blend of vinyl and nitrile, is essentially powder-free and free from allergenic proteins and sensitisers, making it excellent for people with allergies.
- Vitril has exceptional non-slip properties, and it is stronger - and, consequently, more secure - than other materials.
- The practically odourless Vitril material has properties similar to those of nitrile. It is a hard-wearing alternative to nitrile that is very comfortable to wear.
