081206-11 SolidSafety 'Tough' assembly glove, Premium, in size XXL (grey)

The assembly gloves from SolidSafety offer the best possible protection and feel very pleasant to wear. The gloves come in "Premium" quality. AMPri only offers products of a very reliable "Basic" standard of quality, a more upmarket "Classic" quality or superior "Premium" quality. Nylon/spandex was used to make these gloves. Nylon has the advantage of making gloves particularly supple, ensuring an excellent fit with high tactile sensitivity. The colour of the gloves (grey) is discreet and classic, so they are perfect for use in any setting. The palm of the gloves is coated with nitrile. Nitrile provides a good grip on dry, wet and slightly oily objects. In abrasion-resistance tests, the protective gloves were classified as level 3 (scale from 0 to 4) in accordance with DIN EN 388, meaning that they are considered highly abrasion-resistant. The 'Tough' assembly gloves achieved a rating of 2 in tear-resistance tests as defined by DIN EN 388. The testing scale goes from 0 to 4; to earn a rating of 1, the gloves has to withstand a tensile force of 10 Newtons or more. The protective gloves have a level 1 in puncture-resistence testing. In specific terms, this means that the gloves can withstand a nail attempting to pierce through the material with an applied force of between 20 and 60 Newtons.

According to the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Regulation, the gloves are rated as category II and protect the user against moderately severe hazards. Consequently, the gloves are in compliance with the European and international standards EN 388, EN 407, EN 420 and ISO 21420. It is abundantly clear that these nitrile gloves offer solid protection. Along with the features already mentioned, they also offer the following feature: mechanical protection. These features make them suitable for the following sectors in particular: industry, close-contact services, education, government authorities and occupational safety.
