CODE OF CONDUCT

Human and Labor Rights
Prohibition of Forced Labor (ILO Conventions No. 29 and No. 105): We reject any form of forced labor. Our employees should offer their labor voluntarily and always have the freedom to end their employment. Any form of involuntary work, including debt bondage and human trafficking, is strictly prohibited. Freedom of Association and Right to Collective Bargaining (ILO Conventions No. 87 and No. 98): We respect the right of all employees to organize freely , join unions, or choose another form of employee representation. We support the right to collective bargaining to improve working conditions and foster relationships between employers and employees. Elimination of Child Labor (ILO Conventions No. 138 and No. 182): Child labor is not tolerated in our company. We ensure that no persons under the legal minimum age are employed and support initiatives for the education and development of children to secure their future prospects. Prohibition of Discrimination in Employment and Occupation (ILO Conventions No. 100 and No. 111): We are committed to preventing any form of discrimination. All employees are treated equally, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, political opinion, or social origin. Our goal is a diverse and inclusive work environment that promotes fairness and respect. Working Conditions: Furthermore, we are committed to appropriate working conditions. We ensure that the work environment is safe and healthy and support measures for the physical and mental health of our employees. This includes compliance with legal working hours and ensuring adequate wages that at least meet the legal minimum wage requirements. Compliance with ILO core labor standards is an essential part of our corporate philosophy. We expect the same level of respect for these standards from our business partners and suppliers and continuously work to ensure compliance with these standards throughout our supply chain.
