As an annual meeting place for the catering, bakery and confectionery industries, the
leading trade fair will take place from 8 to 12 March 2024 in the heart of the global metropolis of Hamburg. More than 1,000 well-known key players and start-ups from the industry will present their products, trends and innovations for the entire sector to around 75,000 visitors. The trade fair is accompanied by national and international congresses, such as
the International Foodservice Forum and the Community Catering Industry Day.
Well-known industry competitions such as the INTERNORGA Future Award, the Next Chef Award and the German Gastro Founder Award are also presented at INTERNORGA.
The annual trade fair experience is rounded off by exciting presentations on the Open Stage and exceptional networking in the OFF THE RECORD after-work lounge.
